Casvian PH Game Rules:

These are the rules that govern all players of Casvian PH.

1.Rules of common decency apply when naming a character/guild. - We name lots of things. People use these names for purposes of communication, descriptions, and the like. Keep this in mind because it is unavoidable for names to be used and announced a lot of times. Thus, names with or with similar nature to those listed below are prohibited:

a. Using vulgar, obscene or indecent names, or names that have vulgar or indecent implications.
b. Names that are copied form the intellectual property of other parties.
c. Names that are similar to GM names or aliases used by Cubinet Interactive employees within the game.
Try using names you didn't copy from someone or somewhere else.

2. Some forum rules apply when talking to other people online. - You should be wary of what you say when playing Casvian PH. Here are the applicable rules for chatting within the game:

a. Chat in a civil manner. Vulgar, obscene or indecent conversations will not be tolerated.
b. Respect your fellow gamers. Threats, harassment, defamatory remarks based on race, religion, culture and the like are not allowed.
c. Broadcasting personal information is prohibited. Information of such nature can only be transmitted via personal message but with the consent of the proper parties.
d. Spam and unauthorized broadcasting of promotional messages will be dealt with accordingly.
e. Casvian PH should be the only game discussed when engaging in chat when playing Casvian PH.
f. Speak in proper English or Tagalog.

3. The use of inappropriate methods to gain an advantage over other players will be dealt with accordingly. - We want or gamers to play fair and achieve victory through authorized means. This means that the following activities will be dealt with to the full extent of the rules and regulations:

a. Usage of third-party programs, which includes but is not limited to bots for whatever purpose.
b. Using cheats, exploits or hacks which includes but is not limited to modifying the program's files.
c. Abusing errors in game design and program bugs to gain an advantage over other games.
d. Trading in-game items/currency with real-life currency(PHP, USD, etc.) or goods.

The list above is not meant to be exhaustive; management may give penalties according to their discretion, especially for cases not or not specifically covered by the rules listed above. We prefer this to be kept as a last resort; we want to follow the rules as much as you do.

Penalties for Violating Rules:

Violating different rules will incur different penalties. By default, breaking rule #1 will incur light penalties, breaking rule#2 will incur medium penalties and breaking rule#3 will incur heavy penalties. However, depending on the gravity and nature of the offense, management will give penalties at their discretion.

Light Penalties:

1st Offense: Warning through personal message or in-game mail system.
2nd Offense: 24-hour account ban
3rd Offense Onwards: 3-day account ban

Medium Penalties:

1st Offense: 3-day account ban
2nd Offense: 5-day account ban
3rd Offense Onwards: 7-day account ban

Heavy Penalties:

1st Offense: 7-day account ban
2nd Offense: 21-day account ban
3rd Offense: Termination of Casvian PH account

These penalties are not exhaustive; there are more ways to penalize violators than simply banning their accounts.
